AppOrbit ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI-powered app-management and app-generation platform operated by jgames.studio / Landry's L.I.T Electric LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you create an account in the phone app, your email and a hashed password are stored on your device only until a Supabase backend is connected; no account data leaves the device in this build. Subscription tier is recorded by the owner after a confirmed Stripe payment.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use AppOrbit, including features accessed, apps created, API usage, and interaction logs to improve the service.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe through real Stripe payment links (Basic $21.99/mo, Pro $41.99/mo, Enterprise $199.99/mo). AppOrbit does not store or see card numbers; Stripe handles checkout. A plan unlocks only after a Stripe-confirmed payment recorded by the owner.
Content You Create: Apps, prompts, and content you generate using AppOrbit's AI Builder and other tools are stored to provide the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
AppOrbit is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All AppOrbit subscription tiers (Basic $21.99/month, Pro $41.99/month, Enterprise $199.99/month) are non-refundable. By subscribing, you accept our Terms and Conditions. The Basic tier includes a 7-day demo of Pro and Enterprise features.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app.

Permissions: INTERNET and network-state only. AppOrbit does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone. App data shown on the Metrics Dashboard in this build is the app's built-in demo data and is labelled as such in-app, because no Supabase backend is connected in this phone build; no demo figure is presented as live. Paid AI features are gated: signed-out users and free accounts see only the Basic free limited version, and owner-only revenue/admin detail requires owner login. AI answers are not live in this build until the owner connects a live AI server key; the app says so instead of simulating answers.
